…okay, none of the small number of vegans I know are like this at all, and at least one of them is an outstanding cook, but I have to admit I was laughing so hard I was crying by about halfway through this video– enough to get it posted to the blog instead of Facebook or Twitter.

Haha! As a former vegetarian (who did preach a bit as a teen) but turned into the most meat loving girl you could find this did make me giggle.
Sometimes I tell vegans that their food is still alive and screaming while they’re eating it. After that, they usually stop telling me how evil I am for being unable to eat soy.
I actually eat Tofu as a stir fry fairly often, and I like it. It depends on how you prepare it, which my wife does extremely well.
Oh, that headline wasn’t meant to be facetious. I enjoy tofu. Have you tried the sofritas from Chipotle? Delicious.
Actually, no. Not to go food snob on you, but we don’t eat out much. We’re pretty much on a whole foods diet for health reasons. Take care.
