Poor Bernie. After an introduction like that anything he said would be a bit of a let down.
I am, oddly, paying less attention to the candidates and more attention to their followers this time around. And Bernie’s people in this election are reminding me of Hillary’s people in 2008. That is not a good thing for them.
Well, the Democrat race is boring and the Republican race is too interesting for the wrong reasons. Sometimes the followers are the most interesting.
I haven’t actually decided who I’ll vote for if it actually still matters when the Indiana primary rolls around. Voted for Obama over Hillary last time, which is probably pretty obvious, but that’s the only time in my adult life it’s been a thing.
I’m in NH so we get hit hard. In previous election cycles I’ve seen dozens of candidates but this year I’ve been staying home. I did see Hillary in the summer. My wife campaigned for Obama and is campaigning for Hillary this time around.
