I don’t really weigh in on the chili debate. For me, the more important question is “will you enjoy eating it?”

Mmmm love me some Skyline. I’d try to make it myself, but there’s one like a mile from me, so why bother.

Looks like a great batch of chili. Are you using for a spagetti sauce. We used to do that with the leftover chili. 😀

Since this is Skyline-style, yeah, it’s served over spaghetti. I’ve used broad noodles in the past to good effect too.

‘Twas delicious, although I think next time I may melt an anchovy fillet or two into it and see what that does. It’s not “authentic,” but I’ve never actually had authentic Skyline chili so I’m not sure I have to care. 🙂

I’ve been introduced to Cincinnati-style chili in recent years and rather like the result. I don’t see why people should get tense about it.
(I’m still skeptical that there’s such a thing as ‘Detroit-style pizza’, however.)
