Okay, I don’t take ibuprofen before bed every night, but c’mon. I’m 38 not 83.

You should see the meds I take. I am 43 not 83.:(

these look like food supplements though, not meds…what are these?

I’ll admit to being melodramatic here– ibuprofen for jimmy legs and aches, but the rest are doctor-ordered vitamin supplements and not meds. That said, realizing I was taking EIGHT pills before bed was a bit of a shocker anyway. 🙂

I admit to being slightly older than you (42), but I’ve been taking ibuprofen on a regular basis since I was in my 20s. (I also started walking with a cane sometimes before I turned 30. Chronic pain sucks.)

It’s funny to see your post. I remember my grandparents always had this tray of pill bottles on their kitchen table and I used to think “all old people take lots of pills”. Then one day I realized that I have a line of bottles that I go through every night so I can take my pills. No Ibuprofen here any more. I ended up with stomach issues from it. i am pushing 50 now, but i never figured I would be old at 50. Lol
