It’s “The Hunter” because that one has the title in mixed case, where the trilogy has the title in all caps?
No, that was just the first way they screwed up the branding on the trilogy. Witch Elm is the standalone; the characters have nothing to do with the Ardnakelty books, which are the other three.
I guess it makes more sense that the three “The [Noun]” books would be a trilogy; making “The Hunter” a standalone and “The Witch Elm” part of the trilogy would be a failure in editorial rather than graphic design.
Until I read the previous comment, my guess was The Witch Elm, but now I just don’t know!
It is, indeed, The Witch Elm. Searcher/Hunter/Keeper are a trilogy.
