I am giving the antibiotics 24 more hours to make the pressure and the constant ringing in my ears stop, and if it does not I plan to fully lose my mind, at which point I will either fling myself off a bridge or begin murdering people. It’s 50/50 which it’ll be. Ear infections fucking suck.

  1. I’m so sorry. 😦 I would recommend a visit to an ENT; I had a virus that attacked my hearing and left me deaf. If you have any hearing loss associated with the infection, they can try you on steroids in case swelling in the inner ear is causing the hearing loss.

    Tinnitus goes along with damage to the cilia, and believe me, I know it’s awful. I used to say that going deaf was the noisiest thing I ever experienced! I hope you feel better very soon!
