I just sat here for ten minutes, staring at the screen, trying to come up with something that wasn’t either depressing or the same shit I’ve been posting for the last four days, and I’m gonna go play Dragon Age: Veilguard instead, because I’ve got nothing tonight. Everything is terrible all the time forever. That’s what I’ve got.

Been there, my mindless activity of choice is my current LEGO obsession, a tad pricey, good for maintaining small motor finger dexterity and exercise by getting down on the floor look for those damn pieces that slipped out of my f-ing fingers… play music or youtube in the background and build something… that’s the extent of my “abilities” at the moment. You kill the video game beasties, or do whatever it takes to feel human again… we’re all in this fucked up ship together… I am add some beverages to this exploration in meaninglessness “fun” just for giggles… 😎

Right now I’m working on a MOC converting two copies of the Modern House (31153) plus the Queer Eye: Fab 5 Loft (10291) into a seven story apartment modular complex. I saw a YouTube video of the conversion and I’m trying to do the build using the video as the guide. There’s a lot of guessing because the camera isn’t always in focus and we never really see the back of the building. I didn’t grow up with LEGO, but got interested when I was teaching robotics and bought my own Mindstorms EV3 after I saw that someone had designed a Wall*E version. Most of my kits are space related, but started doing buildings/modulars last July. I’m so hooked.

I love honesty….sometimes when there isnt anything to say it’s best to say nothing at all. Inspiration comes when it wants and at those moments it is best to pour out and in the spaces in between it becomes important to just live.
