I am a college teacher with many, many years of experience. I got a class of people, ranging from 18 to 26, where I had one person of over-average intelligence, 3 of average intelligence, and the rest (5) with varying degrees of below-average intelligence. I bent over backwards to help them, and, in the end, four of the five idiots said I was a bad teacher. Teaching can be very frustrating. I’m glad I’m a writer and can escape into other worlds at the end of the day.
