So, knowing what I know of how home improvement projects proceed, I’m guessing less than a quarter. 🙂 My rule of thumb: every home improvement project involves at least 3 trips to the hardware store.
About a third, honestly. Zero trips to the store, but my wife had car trouble and I had to ferry the boy around a bit and it cost us a few hours.
And, honestly, if you count the first two stages, we’re 80% done overall, probably.
Love the colour. You are a man of many talents.
