…and I’m wide freaking awake. Also, there doesn’t appear to be a single flake of new snow or drop of precipitation outside, so so much for the “no school” theory.
This will not be a good day.

I feel your pain. I’ve had more of those nights than I care to count. At some point, you may as well get up and read a bit and try again later.

I know what you mean! Sometimes I don’t sleep at night at all, so I drink a lot of coffee and walk down to the library. It is kind of fun – at 3am it’s completely empty, and you feel like you’re the protagonist in a horror movie. An yet you’re so tired you’d be happy to get assassinated by a crazy axe murderer just to get some sleep.
